The management of favourite Ghanaian movie actor, Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has revealed the factors they consider before landing on a deal for him on a particular role to be played saying if the role may cause a problem to the actor, they will not give him the go ahead.
This revelation according to the manager, Mr Razack in an interview with Mr Latus on JLife FM is in connection with the recent accident he had when on set while shooting a movie.
"Lilwin has his personal lawyer and he's also registered with an insurance company. In Ghana, the movie productions are not covered by insurance so if you have any accident or injury whilst acting, you have to cater for yourself. Maybe the producer will cater for you for some little time and the rest is on you. In fact, Miracle Films did well when the incident happened. He did his best and the rest was left to the insurance company and the management. So it has made us very careful with signing movie roles."
Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin was injured in the latter part of last year whilst in the act of shooting a movie. He, as a result of that had to break from full acting to get better. Producers were very worried during those times because Lilwin was not active.
