Ghanaian rapper Jason Gaisie, popularly known as Pappy Kojo, has revealed that he stopped attending church due to the influence of Avram Moshe, a Pan-Africanist, coach, motivator, counselor, and inspirational speaker.

Avram Ben Moshe leads the Common Sense Family, a group that engages in debates on religious issues, particularly belief systems.

In an interview on Kingdom FM, Pappy Kojo explained his decision: “I am not a born-again Christian. I used to listen to Avram Moshe during his teachings and interviews, and I was influenced by his message, which is why I stopped going to church.

“Avram Moshe speaks the truth. When you listen to his teachings, you’ll see that he makes sense.”

In March 2024, Pappy Kojo made headlines by declaring that he would no longer identify as a Christian, even if he were paid to do so.

"I was a devout Christian a while back, but not anymore. Now, I couldn't be a Christian even if you paid me. I'm sorry," he disclosed this on the "If More, Let's Divide" podcast.
