The Chief Executive Officer of Wonda World Properties, Nana Kwame Bediako has confirmed an agreement with organizers Afro Nation to allow the hosting of the concert on his property, the Laboma Beach.
Wonda World on December, 20 filed a writ, seeking to place an interlocutory injunction on the use of Laboma Beach for Afro Nation 2019.
But Nana Kwame Bediako has announced a withdrawal of the suit, paving way for the staging of the concert.
The businessman maintained that contrary to reports of him seeking to destroy the show, he is open to any initiative that will help sell Ghana brand and project the nation.
He encouraged Ghanaians to patronize the event as it will leave them with lasting memories.
He also used the opportunity to send his Christmas felicitations to Ghanaians.
“Ghana is a beautiful contrary full of political and economical stability. I want everyone to know that my interest is never to destroy anything good that is coming to this country. We have sat down with AfroNation to settle the dispute that has led to rumours of this show being terminated”.
“I will like to say all of you, its Christmas and you would love to have a merry Christmas and enter the new year with happiness and great memories. On that note we have come together and decided that no matter what, whatever that has brought us together, we will stay stronger than what is pulling us apart”, he said.
