Yaw Amoabeng rocks Japan

One of Ghana’s reggae artistes, Yaw Amoabeng, has left the shores of Ghana to Japan where he is billed to perform a series of musical concerts.

He would use his visit to promote Ghana and African culture, hinting that “it is about time Ghanaians portrayed to the outside world what they are capable of and also project Ghana through live band music as being done by some of our highlife gurus.”

The artiste hopes to be in Ghana later this year to share his rich reggae experience with his countrymen. His hit songs include ‘Mama & Papa’ ‘Optimistic’ and ‘Mother Africa’.
