Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has questioned Stonebwoy’s insistence on being mentioned in an article on pioneers of Hip-Life.

Shatta Wale in a post shared via social media, emphasized the need for Stonebwoy to accept the fact that he did not play any role in the rise of Hip-Life and does not deserve any mention.

His post said “Because the media brainwashed many people about Shatta Wale, today you Stonebwoy want to be added to Pioneers of Hip-Life .. Ah !! but the time I start music u deh class 2 ooo.

"You see say the Load dem take carry you no be your Load …You go explain Taya. Psalms 35 deh eat you. Ok just show me your cassette."

Meanwhile, Stonebwoy has insisted that he had a role in the music scene in Ghana and since Black Sherif and King Paluta who are latter-day saints have been mentioned, he needs to be mentioned because he has his basis from hip-life as a musician from Ghana.
