You’ll go mad if I stretch my hand at you in anger – Bro. Sammy warns Counselor Lutterodt

Ghanaian Gospel Minister, Samuel Opoku popularly known as Brother Sammy has warned controversial Ghanaian marriage counselor, Cyril George Carstensen Lutterodt not to dare mess up with him.

Counsellor Lutterodt recently slammed Brother Sammy and Sonnie Badu saying it was unethical for gospel artistes, Sonnie Badu to allow their hair to overgrow.

He also claimed their afro hairstyle is unsuitable to the kind of genre they do. According to him, they are rather insane yet they claim it’s part of fashion.

But Brother Sammy who didn’t take kindly to Counselor Lutterodt’s comment cautioned the maverick counselor to be circumspect when he is speaking against Men of God, or face the consequence.

“I’ve not overgrown my hair, so counselor Lutterodt must be very careful when he’s dealing with me. He’s warned, I’m a man of God just as Sonnie Badu and we have ministered songs that have released people from bondage and if you insult us that we are getting mad that is unfortunate. He know that as men of God if he provokes us and we react he may even go mad. Immediately I point my hand at Counselor Lutterodt and I pray he’ll go mad,” Bro. Sammy told Pomaa Kyekyeku on the Di Wu La Mu Show on Kasapa FM.

Denying that he’s overgrown his hair, Brother Sammy, however, explained it is not a sin for a Man of God to allow his hair to overgrow.

“Rasta isn’t a sin as Counselor Lutterodt is saying. Allowing your hair to overgrow can’t be a factor to being a Man of God. Afro hair or Rasta is a choice. Even those with bald hair are more criminal than the Rastafarians.”

According to him, keeping natural dreadlocks and Afro hair cannot stop one from becoming a gospel artiste or Man of God.

He made reference to certain key Bible personalities who left their hair unattended to yet they were servants of God.
