Young Ghanaian performs 'Pentecostal' version of ‘Man's Not Hot’

When Michael Dapaah, popularly known as Big Shaq’s song, “Man’s Not Hot” went viral, many people performed their own rendition of the internet sensation. The song and its title were also used in many funny clips and memes.

A recent rendition of the internet hit song that has gone viral is one involving a young Ghanaian who is believed to have performed the song in the way and manner it would have been performed by a singer in a Pentecostal Church.

The hilarious video which was recorded in a car saw the young man perform the ‘gospel’ version of the song to the admiration of many. His performance which was geared toward the comical side of things ended up winning him praise for his huge talent and creativity.

The video has since been viewed by thousands of people and it has since been in circulation with many people laughing off the performance.

Michael Dapaah took a trip to Ghana to visit some of his family members. He used the time to meet with some of the big names in the music industry including Zylofon Media artiste, Becca.

The “Man’s Not Hot” viral song was meant to be a comic skit on a radio station in the United Kingdom but it ended up going viral and made him an international icon. Many people have gone on to create their own renditions of the song and have racked up many views on the internet.

Michael Dapaah, after gaining worldwide acclaim for his song went on to make an official video for the song.

He went on to attribute his instant popularity to the grace of God.
