The year 2017 would indeed go down as one of the most interesting years for versatile Ghanaian actress and movie producer, Yvonne Nelson.
Revelations about her pregnancy and childbirth sparked debates among a cross section of Ghanaians who debated the morality or otherwise of her actions.
She, however, took the entire episode in stride and continued to share delectable images of herself and her London–based partner, Jamie Roberts.
The first image of their adorable baby, following its birth on Sunday, October 29, 2017, was released to Ghanaians on Christmas Day in 2017 when Roberts took to social media to wish everyone the best of the season.
Jamie Roberts is reported to have flown from London in order to be present as Yvonne Nelson gave birth at a hospital in Accra.
Family and friends remained tight-lipped with respect to the pregnancy and investigations revealed that details of the birth were not shared on social media. Yvonne Nelson was however reported to have expressed enthusiasm about motherhood.
