2012 Will Be The Best Year according To Ablakwa-NDC

The expectation of the people must not be taken for granted, said the NDC Deputy Minister for Information, Sammy Okudzeto Ablakwa. Ha! Ha! Ha!

Accra, Dec. 26, GNA - A Deputy Minister for Information, Mr Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has assured people of North Tongu in the Volta Region and the people of Ghana as a whole that the year 2012 will be a better year.

The parliamentary aspirant for North Tongu has called on all Ghanaian people to work hard, walk in God's favour and keep their hearts sincere as they resolved to contribute meaningfully in making North Tongu, Ghana and humanity better. In a plain word Ablakwa has started "baking small bread", for the people to win their votes.

This was contained in a Christmas and New Year message posted on his website.

The Deputy Minister, who is aspiring for the parliamentary seat of the North Tongu Constituency of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), wished the people of Ghana a Merry Christmas and a 2012 full of God's blessings and protection.

I personally do not believe a word from the minister, all what I know is, we people of Ghana are already richly blessed because we have everything but due to greed we are lacking fair distribution of our resources and protection.

The minister of Information went on to make a mockery and said "In the spirit of Christmas let us remember that just as God loved the world so much that he gave us his only begotten son so should we love one another especially those in need, dejected and frustrated. It is only when we extend a hand of help and spread love to others that we make meaning of the essence of Christmas."

Ablakwa did not end there but proceeded further to "wake an Angel in the devil", "Ghanaian people must be honest in accepting their shortcomings and be strong enough to avoid them in future and be determined to reach new heights in 2012.

Mr Okudzeto-Ablakwa said he was indeed humbled by the tremendous support and excitement that greeted his announcement to contest the North Tongu Parliamentary primaries, adding, such support and goodwill only reminded him of the expectations of the people that must never be taken for granted. Oh Yes! the man is a very good product of NDC, they will tell you to "create a goat out of a cow," and promise you never to let you stay in the rain, while you are already completely wet.

Anyway! "if the people of Tongu North as well as the general Ghanaian people, will give the wallet full of money they found on their way, back to the owner, a timber contractor who has destroyed their farms with his tractors and timber trucks, then...?, my name is rabbit."
