2024 polls is between experience and inexperience

Ghana goes to the polls on December 7, 2024 Ghana goes to the polls on December 7, 2024

We barely have four months to go for a crucial general elections in Ghana. In the current scheme of things, the economy has gone haywire culminating in unprecedented joblessness with its attendant poverty and severe hardship.

The current situation in Ghana is very dire which needs cutting-edge solutions to help us get out of the woods. The choices we are faced with are between experience and inexperience ---- a licensed driver and a reckless unskilled driver's mate.

For us to make informed decisions during the upcoming polls, I would like to highlight what should be expected from an inexperienced candidate and that of an experienced candidate.

An inexperienced candidate will not have a deep understanding of complex political issues and may struggle to make informed decisions.

An inexperienced candidate will not have the necessary leadership skills to effectively lead a country and navigate the challenges that come with the role.

An inexperienced candidate will not have the political savvy to effectively negotiate with other world leaders, navigate the complexities of international relations, and make strategic decisions for the country.

An inexperienced candidate will not have a track record of success or a proven record of accomplishments that can demonstrate their ability to effectively lead a country.

An inexperienced candidate will be more susceptible to manipulation by special interest groups, lobbyists, and other powerful entities who may seek to influence decisions for their own benefit.

An inexperienced candidate may lack the credibility and trustworthiness needed to inspire confidence in the public and effectively lead a country.

Conversely, an experienced candidate has a deep understanding of political issues, policies, and governance due to their years of experience in public service.

An experienced candidate has a strong understanding of the political landscape, is adept at navigating complex political situations, and has established relationships with other world leaders.

An experienced candidate has a track record of accomplishments and successes that demonstrate their ability to effectively lead a country and make sound decisions.

An experienced candidate has built credibility and trust with the public through their years of service and proven track record, inspiring confidence in their ability to lead.

An experienced candidate has faced and overcome challenges in the past, demonstrating their resilience, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle crises effectively.

Fellow Ghanaians, the decision is now yours to make: do you want a reckless unskilled driver's mate to plunge the country further into the ditch or want an experienced licensed driver to take us to the desired prosperous destination? Think about it!
