A Draconian Law Verses Blood Thirsty Bomb Throwers

-Part One

Draconian Laws made for the protection of an individual or group of persons in any given society always result invariably in the destruction of the people and society. Moreover, the dynamics of a constitution work for all people and not selected individuals or groups. However, a Draconian Law like the Preventive Detention Act passed by Parliament in 1958 by the CPP government was made for the Protection of the State and not Nkrumah, the then President as an individual, it was a coup attempt to overthrow the CPP government of Dr, Nkrumah in 1958 led by Mr. R.R. Amponsah of the United Party which the blood soaked NPP represent today 2014. That attempted coup was foiled just one year after Ghana’s independence in 1957. Members of the United Party then went underground and started planting Bombs all 0ver Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, Wa, Tema, Hamile/Nandom, Koforidua, Nsawam, Ho, Ejura, Sunyani, Yendi, Swedru and several towns, cities and villages led by Adam Amandi the blood thirsty man who organized the Kulungugu bomb attack on Dr. Nkrumah on August 2nd 1962. It will be recalled that members of the dreaded United Party led by the Asante/Akyem politicians had lost all the three free and fair elections conducted by our British Colonial Masters in 1951, 1954 and 1956 to Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the Peoples’ Man and they decided to make the country ungovernable through several bomb outrages across the length and breadth of the country as stated above. Therefore, the fact remains that the culture of violence in Ghanaian politics was initiated by persons from the Danquah/Busia tradition now today’s NPP in the same way as the culture of military intervention in Ghanaian politics was introduced by the same violent politicians from the Danquah /Busia camp through their attempt to even overthrow the Nkruamh regime in 1958. Therefore, all claims to commitment to democratic values by the NPP are but a mere pretence by the NPP, because whenever they lose elections, whoever is in power was subverted through the unpatriotic behavior of their supporters. The Preventive Detention Act (PDA) had to be passed into law in Parliament in 1958 to prevent the young independent nation from being mangled at birth. It gave President Nkrumah the right to arrest and detain any Ghanaian coup plotter, subversionist or national traitor for five years imprisonment without trial. As I speak, thousands of people of all races are detained in the Guantanamo our prisons including five Cuban nationals for several years by the United States government without trial. In the case of the Cubans, they were arrested and detained without trial for defending their country against terrorism and they had to be detained through imprisonment for preventing deaths in their country and yet the United States is the world’s number one state that cherish freedom of speech, human rights, animal rights, democracy but have also remains the worlds number one sponsor of terrorists against sovereign states which does not tow their line making the US a Global Dictator since her independence to date 2014., So what are some people really talking about? Apart from the Hand of God, who can tame the United States of America and who can tell her to stop poking her long nose into the affairs of sovereign nations by sponsoring rebels to effect regime change in those countries? Oh yes-this is Western Democracy for you.
THE BLOOD THIRSTY BOMB THROWERS
1. September 18th 1962 – two bombs exploded in Accra including Lucas House where 9 innocent children died on the spot.
2. September 20th 1962-two bombs again exploded in Accra killing ten innocent people . September 22nd 1962, yet another bomb exploded in Accra killing 80 school children and those bombs were set and operated by members of the United Party led by Adam Amandi while the bombs were exported from Britain by Dr. K.A.Busia.
3. On January 11th 1963, a deadly bomb exploded in Accra at a CPP rally in the Accra Sports Stadium during a massive CPP rally killing 20 innocent school children on the spot and wounding 400 people including a school girl who was amputated. You just go to Dansoman-opposite Osofo Dadzie flats, you will see Madam Elizabeth Asantewaa, the school girl, now in her sixties with her amputated leg rotting away and that is the violent prone NPP for you. Dr. Nkrumah had just left the rally grounds when that deadly bomb exploded and all these were the handy work of Adam Amandi of the United Party-now NPP for you. To add insult to injury, on January 1st 1964, one Seth Ameteweh a police officer who was posted on guard duty at the Flagstaff House attempted to assassinate Dr. Nkrumah by firing at him 5 times which missed him but killed Nkrumah’s body guard called Salifu Dagarti in the process. The late Salifu Dagarti was a personal security officer of the great Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah of blessed memory. Therefore, each country in the midst of a terrorist crisis like the Countless Bomb Outrages Organized by Members of the NLM/United Party between 1951, 1954 and 1956 elections which they lost to the well organized CPP where thousands of innocent men women and children were killed like fowls has a set of emergency laws that are similar to the famous Preventive Detention Act (PDA) and I fully supported that law in my capacity as a former Young Pioneer Cadre. In operational terms, the concept of preventive detention has been in existence since British rule in India, America, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Nigeria and elsewhere in the colonies. In the United Kingdom (UK) the preventive of Terrorism Act (PTA) allowed for detention without trial, charge or access to Legal Counsel for a period. This law has been in force since the 1970’s up to date 2014, yet Britain claims to be the Wolrd’s number one oldest democracy, so what are some people talking about in Ghana? In my opinion such people are only exposing their ignorance-period. The PDA was used to keep those bomb throwers away from decent society. Since September 11th 2001 both the United States and British governments have introduced Anti-Terrorist Laws much of which has created a conducive atmosphere for preventive detention and some will argue or encourage the flagrant breaches of human rights witnessed in the notorious Abu Ghraib prisons in Bagdad-Iraq and the stinking detention camps of Guantanamo Bay where so-called 9/11 terrorist suspects are dumped by the US government in the name of protecting citizens of America and World peace. Therefore only a fool, a nation wrecker, a clown, a professional smuggler and a pathological liar will say that the Preventive Detention Act (PDA) that was introduced by the CPP under Nkrumah was a very bad law. I owe nobody an apology at all, let members of the violent prone NPP bring it on- I will make them transparent for all well meaning Ghanaians to see. On this note, I beg to drop my, Bic here?
Is anybody littering? I shall return when the need arise. I am done ‘Jaanbie Iwail” Alluta Continua!
