Bordering on two years since assuming the reins of Power, I find myself in a State of Glory, overwhelmed by the sheer might of the work that His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has, thus far, achieved. It is not about sycophancy at all because the very thought of selling Ghana to the highest bidder does not have space in my bosom to foment an unworthy consideration.
The agitation of the NDC, and the butterflies in the bosoms of its unattractive personalities have caused the frustration that they are feeling. I have never heard of such a bizarre situation of fraud in any election, be it on the local scene or the international, that a candidate’s picture would be printed with a different name beside it. Habba! Aaaah NDC, oooh daabi daabi! Anyway that is their own cup of tea! While they whine their shame into unglorified zoomlion garbage, Nana Akufo-Addo is busy improving their sorry lives, that they are as blind as bats to see!
And former President, John Dramani Mahama, in his usual fits and tantrums that come as a natural reaction to seeing his abysmal incompetence weighed against the massive achievements of Nana Akufo-Addo, claims that Ghana is hard. Ghana is hard s3 sen? When he was doling out hundreds of thousands of Ghana Cedis, as exposed by his disgruntled boy Dela Coffie, what was he thinking? Other candidates in the NDC were dishing out freebies like flat screen Tvs, electronic gadgets, i-phones, etc., so if Ghana is hard, how come they were able to use such huge amounts of money to campaign and buy votes.
If Asiedu Nketia, on his own, gave out some seven thousand electronic gadgets at say GHs1000 (one thousand Ghana Cedis) how much would he have spent on tvs for 7000 candidates? Well, since NDC square heads cannot do the mathematics, let me help them; that would be GHs7,000,000 (seven million Ghana Cedis), and this amount does not include sundries like toilet rolls, food, diapers for Koku Anyidoho and his supporters, as well, as pocket money.
I surmise that Asiedu Nketia, on his own, spent over GHs10,000,000 (ten million Cedis) on the day of the elections, and a few millions more on the campaign trail. To do a simple mathematical evaluation of averages, I suggest to the NDC that the candidates spent somewhere in the range of GHs40,000,000 (forty million Ghana Cedis)! And John Mahama is crying, “Ghana is Hard!” Well, it couldn’t be harder than the perpetually stiff handle his many women love to change gear with.
So I tell fellow Ghanaians, Patriots, and Nationalists, to continue wearing their smile. They should maintain the white clothes that they have adorned since the Will of GOD came to pass when His Excellency Nana Akufo-Addo became President. This time it is a positive change galore! In this regard, I present you with a lovely message; a melodious composition; a rhapsody of the soul; a choral from the rays of hope; a sunshine in the midst of the quieting storm.
Akufo-Addo’s competence and achievements are quieting the tempests of evil that John Mahama and his NDC bigots had brought upon us…
