Diabetes and Stroke: The result of our taste for the white man’s food

It would be well with us if we could endeavour to stick to most of the health advice given to us by doctors on the need to stay away from milk and processed white sugar as much as we can because they are not good for our health.

If you are suffering from cancer of any type, avoid eating anything that is sugary or sweet.

Stress, anger, and depression come with more diseases for us. To keep remembering and holding to heart bitter experiences of the past does not augur well for our health.

Not letting go of such bitter experiences surely exacerbates one’s poor or challenging health.

We must learn to forgive and forget the evil or harmful things a friend, family member, or neighbor does to us, although we must be wiser than the serpent when dealing with such fellows, as once bitten, twice shy.

Please let us try to stick to most of the advice on staying healthy to live longer.

Our taste for the white man’s food, quitting our once locally produced organic foods, has brought upon us all these once unknown diseases like diabetes, cancer, stroke, and whatnot.

I love you all, hence my always being honest with you and sharing important views with you.

My wife must be the first to know and practice them, for obvious reasons.
