"Kuluulu" In Ledzokuku Constituency Office

1: DAILY ALLOWANCE ARE NOT BEEN PAYED IN FULL.

It came to light just recently that every registration officer is to be payed 10.00 cedis everyday as transportation and feeding fee. These money were kept and expected to be payed in full to each member in a team after every phase, members were to eand 100.00 cedis after every 10 days but instend each member end 20.00 cedis. So the question is where does the rest of our money goes and to whose pocket is it.

2: SENDING REGISTRATION OFFICERS HOME FOR NO REASON AND INTURN RECRUITING NON-SKILLED PERSONS.

It happen just on the first day during the second phase at Henry Preparatory School in Nungua after working ten days stright. First day in the second phase, crew members in cluster A28 were called to the office just that morning and were asked to hand over thier Biometric Kits to another group and go home. During talks with the other group, it came to light these new crew virtually never worked during the first phase and has never gone through any sort of training. These 6 crew members are still home with nothing to show for. I think officers at the office are recruiting people with the motive of having a first share in thier salary when been payed and sacking experience persons with no pay and for no reason.

3: 14 DAYS AND STILL COUNTING YET NO APPOINTMENT LETTERS HAVE BEEN ISSUED TO REGISTRATION OFFICERS After all these days of working and several attempts to comfront District Manager about appointment letters not issued has has falled on death ears. Due to these, officers at the office do whatever they want with money they are to issue out to registration officers. Also, it has come to our notice that after the exercise, the design money to be payed to each registration officer will be slash into two and half given out. Just talking on behalf of we the Data entry clerks, 1.200.00 cedis is to be payed after the excercise to each officer but we were told at the office each data entry clerk will take home 550.00 cedis and after a protest it was raised to 650.00 cedis which means there is not clearity in there. Also lets not forget this just falls under Data entry clerks, however I don't know of the R.O's, and Laminators.

These and many other problems are the very few we at the current on going registration centres are facing with our supervisors and will be more than happy if this comes to light through your news paper. Counting on your merciful consideration.

NB: For security reasons and to protect my name and address, I will please plead with you not to mention my name during publication and I hope the youth in Ghana will raise and fight for thier right. Am a concern youth just fight for my fellow brothers.
