Letter From The President: Inspiration from the Bushman

Countrymen and women, loyalists and opponents,

It?s with great pleasure that I write this letter. I?ve never been so happy in a long while, especially since campaigning began. But the Bushman?s victory in the US election gladdened my heart immensely. I supported him, you know. I honestly do not have a clue why I like him. But I know why most people don?t like him and didn?t want him to win a second term in office. People say he?s dumb and his policies have been divisive. People fear that he might one day wake up and declare war on the rest of the world as part of his so-called war on terror. Well, nothing matters anymore. The people have spoken and the Bushman is their choice.

I am so glad about the Bushman?s victory because it seems like a good omen for me. Come to think of it he rode on the back of an elephant as I am doing now. He was voted into office the same year I ascended the Black Star Stool. In the spirit of continuity, I believe that if Americans, who are always changing things, didn?t deem it fit to change their president, Sikaman citizens will not do any different. The fact of the matter is that I am going to beat Tata Mills at the polls for the same reasons the Bushman beat Curry.
