My Request From Pres. Mills As A Christmas Present

Sarpong, Justice

Happy Christmas to you Mr President, extend my warmest greetings to Madam Naadu, Little Sam, your son if he is around and the four foreign dogs your honor and his wife call your children.

Mr President, my request is a simple one that I am not asking for myself but for all Ghanaians. It was reported in the Ghanaweb forum and Peacefm site that you support the Woyome daytime 'armed robbery' and you justified it with the quote below;

"In justifying the payment of GH¢58 million to Mr Alfred Woyome, President Mills said: “if the court awarded the judgement or awarded the cost, whatever it is, it’s a way of saying that the beneficiary is entitled to it.”

Mr President, what other conclusion could the court had come to when you, your A-G office failed to mount a defence against a suit filed by Woyome concerning a contract between him and the government of Ghana that did not exist? It's christmas time and People have no time to read copious articles so I will pose these Questions to you for you to explain to Ghanaians why you think Woyome is entitled to this loot which seems to be a money laundering scheme between Woyome, You Mr President and NDC.

1. Woyome came out and admitted that he did not have a contract with the government, if he did not have a contract with the government, then how can he sue the government?

2. Did Woyome sue on behalf of Waterville/VAMED? Woyome could not have sued on behalf of Waterville/VAMED because that company was paid 8 million dollars for all the work done by it and it has admited that much that it has no suit against the government so Woyome could not have sued on behalf of Waterville.

3.If Woyome filed on behalf of Waterville, why was the cheque not issued in the name of the company. Waterville/VAMED but was issued in his Woyome's name? MR President, we are not lawyers or educated like you are but we are not stupid or zombies. We can tell when a fast one is being pulled on us.

4. Sir, as a lawyer, can you explain to Ghanaians why Woyome was given about 35 million dollars for a breach of contract he did not have with the government?

5. Maybe Atta Mills school of law can explain how a contract that never was could have been breached.

Sir, with all due respect, you are a President, not a Monarch, Sheik with your own fiefdom so remember your time will come to an end and if you failed to do the right thing, the next administration might not be kind to you how old or sick you are, you might end up being charged for causing financial loss to the state, being part of a ponzi scheme and money laundering charges.

Enjoy your christmas and happy new year to you and your dogs.

HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL FORUMERS
