To silence the critics of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia at his cross-examination by the intimidating Counsel for President Mahama, Lawyer Tony Lithur, the list of the 11, 000+ polling stations being challenged is made available on the internet for the whole world to see, read and make copies if they choose to.
To look, read or make a copy, please refer to a publication on Ghanaweb.com under the General News of Friday, 19 April 2013 entitled, "NPP list of polling stations in contention". Open the PDF attachment and lo and behold, everything is there. It is a 130-page document. I have got my copy so do get yours.
From a glance, Tony Lithur and his supporters will see and understand why one pink sheet was duplicated twice or thrice; not for any malicious intentions but for the good of bringing out all the alleged electoral malpractices that infringe relevant statutory, as effectuated by the Electoral Commission, then presidential candidate John Mahama and the NDC.
There are many same polling stations that two or three irregularities did occur. In that wise, that single pink sheet for those polling stations must be duplicated (copied) twice or three times depending on how many violations did take place. If the pink sheet was not signed by the presiding electoral officer, a copy must be made and referenced as such. If over voting took place at the same polling station, a copy must be made to state so. If voters did not go through biometric verification, a copy is needed to prove that. Each copy of the same pink sheet must be referenced differently to serve the specific purpose for which it was made.
It is absolutely unprofessional, confusing and administratively erroneous to reference one copy of a pink sheet to reflect two or three irregularities committed on same one sheet or copy. How do you group them, or classify your copies of pink sheets into the very electoral violations committed when evidential proofs are needed in each instance or case?
I do not have to dwell on explaining this point anymore as it is vividly done in my publication on Modernghana and SpyGhana on Friday, 19 April 2013 entitled, "Did you Understand the Cross-Examination of Dr. Bawumia at the Supreme Court? Yes I do" Same publication is on Ghanaweb today, Saturday, 20 April 2013. Would my readers please refer to the mentioned publications for further details and better explanations?
I have handed a copy of the list of polling stations in contention as indicated, to my usual White legal brains that are following the case with interest. The only thing lacking, preventing them from studying and telling me in advance which party (Petitioners or Defendants) will emerge victorious is the absence of hardcopies of the pink sheets covering the alleged electoral malpractices. If they could have copies along with the covering affidavits, they would just tell me weeks ahead of the Supreme Court who will win the case.
However, they well understand such details are meant for the courts as evidence and cannot at this stage be disclosed to the public, unlike in the case of the list of polling stations as you have been referred to.
Do I still have to remind all NPP faithful and all discerning Ghanaians to remain RESOLUTE? Are you not tired of hearing that every now and again? Have you to be reminded each time I publish an article? Never mind, I will keep on reminding you as long as it takes for God's purpose for Ghana and Nana Akufo Addo to come to pass.
