Nana Akufo-Addo Can Never Lead Ghana. Period.

There are three groups of people who know the man Nana Akufo-Addo. There are those who know him as not being corrupt and has never corrupt. They cite the instances where he rejected an offer by the President Kuffour government for land and bungalows. There are those in the likes of Sir John, Gabby Otchere-Darko and Chairman Wontumi, who know Nana Akufo-Addo as a weak leader. They know the Presidency of Nana Addo would offer them all the opportunities to enrich themselves within days after Nana has been sworn-in. Then, there are those who know Nana Akufo-Addo to be someone who wants to become President of Ghana just to jail almost everybody including President John Rawlings and President John Kuffour. Those in his government will be exempted. There are those who are shouting “Nana all the way” but they don’t really know him. They are shouting because some people have given them 5 Ghana cedis to shout. Those are the ignorant fools!!
I know Nana Akufo-Addo differently and by the time you finish reading this article, you will know that I don’t belong to any of those three groups mentioned above. The man Nana Akufo-Addo I know, one time attempted to bribe the former Municipal Chief Executive for Tamale, Dr. Muhammed Amin Anta and corrupt his team with five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) Dr. Anta was also offered three good positions to choose from in Nana’s government. I mean, how far can anybody be corrupted this way?
I also know Nana Akufo-Addo wanted to be the flag bearer of the NPP at all cost. He did this by bribing more than 140,000 delegates and corrupting all his campaign team. I again know Nana Akufo-Addo who always say “it is either my way or no way.” He has already said he could not work with Paul Afoko and Kwabena Agyapong so even though the party is “broke,” he decided to channel his bribe and corrupt money through the constituency chairmen instead of through the party headquarters.
I have heard many NPP people say this and it was also confirmed on a radio talk show in America by the Asante Akim North Member of Parliament, Hon. Kwadwo Baah Agyeman that the bribe Nana gave to the delegates was nothing to write home about. The date he said that was Sunday, October 19, 2014. He continued to say the elections are over and so we should let sleeping dogs lie. In other words, we should let bygone be bygone.
For the first time in the history of Nana Akufo-Addo, when he gave his victory/acceptance speech, the words “corrupt” and “stealing” were not mentioned. The man Nana Akufo-Addo I know has lost the moral authority and grounds to talk about bribery and corruption in Ghanaian politics. His two hands, two legs, and head are all deep in bribery and corruption. If Nana was going to bribe his way into the flag bearership position and told his NPP people to dismiss it as “bygone be bygone because the elections are over,” then he has made the biggest mistake of his political career. Some of us will not let it just go away. We will keep reminding Ghanaians how Nana Akufo-Addo corrupted over 140,000 delegates on October 18 2014.
The NPP earlier decided to go into the 2016 general elections on a campaign of bribery and corruption against the NDC. Now Nana Akufo-Addo has taken those words from their campaign language. Ghanaians will pounce heavily on any NPP folk who will talk about the NDC being a corrupt party. If the NPP really want to know who a corrupt politician is, they should not look far. They can find the most corrupt politician in their own party. President John Kufour became corrupt when he became the President in 2000. Nana Akufo-Addo has not yet become President and he has already shown his true character – a corrupt Ghanaian politician beyond every reasonable doubt.
There is an adage which literally says that an attitude is like pregnancy. You can hide it up to a certain time. After nine months or so, the baby will come out and the whole world will know that you were once pregnant. That is exactly what happened to Nana Akufo-Addo. He knew he was already going to win the flag bearership position, so why did he choose to bribe the delegates with 20 or 25 Ghana cedis and a letter telling them to vote for him. Meanwhile, campaigning on that faithful Friday was cancelled by the National Executive Committee. (NEC) Do we now see how Nana is not going to work with the NEC? If Nana in opposition could do what he did, what else can he not do if he becomes the President? Think about that.
By the way, when did Nana Akufo-Addo become Father Christmas for the NPP? The NPP folks have been crying that it is tough for them since January 2009. Has Nana heard about that? Why can’t Nana just buy Polytank for those who don’t have water and supply them water 3 days in a week and buy generators for those who don’t have electricity and 5 gallons of petrol a day for them so that at least Ghana will have some peace? Nana can also give the rest 500 Ghana cedis a day to seal the peace Ghana has long been waiting for since January 2009 when the late President Atta-Mills was sworn-in. The noise these NPP folks are making is too much for our ears and Nana should “Father Christmas” them for our ears to begin hearing good music for our dancing feet. Is this too much for a ‘Father Christmas” to do? NO!!!
My fellow Ghanaians, the man Nana Akufo-Addo I know is the most corrupt politician of our time and can never lead Ghana. He is also the most dangerous person in recent memory. He is like a poisonous big snake under grass. Hardly will you see it, but when you step on its tail and it bites you, you will never get to the hospital before you die. After all, “all die be die.” I have told you and explained to you how Nana can never lead Ghana. If you did not know, now you know and all the things I said he did are true facts, and the figures I gave are confirmed. There are no speculations in what I have written. This is the candidate who wants your votes to become President of Ghana. You don’t have to wait until December 2016 to make your choice. The decision is today. If you don’t make that wise decision today and stand by it, Nana Akufo-Addo and his team will come and corrupt you.
