National Cathedral: Show Christian principles of truth, honesty, transparency and accountability

Prototype for the National Cathedral Prototype for the National Cathedral

National Cathedral:

Luke 14:28 (KJV)

“For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?”

Please tell the Ghanaian taxpayer:

1. How much of their taxes have you decided to spend as ‘Seed Money’ on the Christian National Cathedral?

2. How much is the value of the land being given out in the name of the people of Ghana for the Christian National Cathedral?

3. How much is the cost of the Secretariat that our tax money is funding?

4. How much else have you planned to spend that you are not telling us now but you and God know you will spend and later tell us it’s because of ‘change in policy’?

5. How much is the entire project going to cost (you should know this, for that’s what the Bible expects you to know, if you want to be honest with the people)?

6. Where exactly is the money coming from, in sources and figures (again, if you’ve been reading the Bible as Christians who want to build a Christian National Cathedral, you should know this, for that’s what the Bible expects you to know, so you can determine if you have “sufficient to complete it”)?

7. Who will own the National Cathedral when it is completed? Will the taxpayers’ land, secretariat and Seed Money entitle them to any part in the ownership of the Cathedral?

So once again, show us some Christian principles of truth, honesty, transparency and accountability by giving the people answers to some of our questions above.

And let me end with the same BIBLICAL quote I started with, Luke 14:28 (KJV)

“For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?”
