Obama Accra Speech: CPP Connected

President Barack Obama's visit to Ghana in July, 2009 was greatly significant and symbolic. Significant and symbolic not only to Ghana, Africa and the world but to the Convention Peoples Party, CPP. The theme of Obama's visit, summed up in his speech at the Accra International Conference Center. It is simply about Ghana's leading role in the new world of the 21st century and beyond. Ghana's leading role in the new world is both spiritual and political. Our concentration now, however is on the leading political role of Ghana.

President Obama's historic and spectacular emergence and successful occupation of the White House is biblically reminiscent of both John the Baptist and Joseph for the African world. He occupies the most powerful office in the world. Ironically, this office is not of a Black Nation. Obama is an individual symbolism of the new world of African restoration. This is only a prelude of the New African Nation. The following words from the most powerful officer currently, confirms to the preceding line.

" I'm speaking to you at the end of a long trip. I began in Russia for a summit between two great powers. I traveled to Italy for a meeting of the world's leading economies. And I've come here to Ghana for a simple reason: THE 21ST CENTURY WILL BE SHAPED BY WHAT HAPPENS NOT JUST IN ROME, MOSCOW OR WASHINGTON, BUT BY WHAT HAPPENS IN ACCRA, AS WELL. (caps mine) This is a simple truth of a time when the boundaries between people are overwhelmed by our connections.
Your prosperity can expand American's prosperity. Your health and security can contribute to the world's health and security. And the strength of your democracy can help advance human rights for people everywhere. So i do not see the countries and peoples of Africa as a world apart; i see Africa as a fundamental part of our interconnected world as partners with America on behalf of the future we want for all of our children. That partnership must be grounded in mutual responsibility and mutual respect. And that is what i want to speak with you about today."

The above quotation is unmistakeably clear. It speaks of a great time that has come for Africa. A time that will see Ghana sculpting the new world of the 21st century and beyond. In this time which is vividly clear to Obama, and therefore America and the world at large, Ghana is connected to Africa in providing great leadership and direction to the world. Here, the greatest words of the founder of the CPP, Kwame Nkrumah, are given crystal clear vindication. 'The independence of Ghana is meaningless unless it is linked up to the total liberation of the African Continent."

The CPP government program that was curtailed by for bearers of NPP was a fatal mistake to the African Dream. Among the shameful and unacceptable reasons given for 1966 coup, is CPP's strategic African continental program of unity and liberation. This strategic African continental program emanates from Pan African-ism, a foundational pillar of CPP. Today, the World, West, and America through Obama, has indirectly hailed CPP's vision and policy of African unity as inevitable. NPP, which is a peripheral spirit of the Blue West owes a big apology not only to CPP, but Africa and the world as a whole.

A fundamental truth every Ghanaian and African must understand and accept is Ghana is the first born son of Africa. Ghana is therefore a destined leader of the African family. We can not therefore disconnect from our mother and siblings, Africa and the Black Nation worldwide. The African motherhood is politically sculpted as the CPP and firstborn son-ship of Ghana into a CPP government. Of the three major political parties, it is the CPP that is appropriately crafted for this time, long awaited for the African Rebirth.

The CPP's foundational pillars are its Green Color, Socialism, Self Reliance and Pan African-ism. These are the four pillar summary of Africa, our great mother. It is only through these summary pillars that its workings and churning can produce the equally greatness of the African Personality. A personality of peace, health, prosperity and great culture which Obama loudly says the world eagerly awaits to partner and identify with.

The NDC is simply a Rawlingsist Political Organization, not even a political party. That is why they now seek to form a real political party, the NDP, which is clearly a still birth. NDC has falsely postured as occupant of the CPP space. Truth however stands. It has failed in this endeavor. For nothing at all, a party that disowns its parents, Nana Konadu and President JJ Rawlings, falsely and shamefully claiming Nkrumah as a father can not be trusted. To be fore warned is to be fore armed. If they treat their founder in such broad day light betrayal, what will they not do to the hoi pollois? All supporters innocently misled by the NDC as the new CPP are welcome home. This as well goes for all other supporters of parties claiming Nkrumaism as their foundation principles. Nkrumaism has only one political party, CPP. This is non negotiable.

The blue NPP is nothing but the peripheral entity of the western hegemony. There may be nothing wrong with the West, but it is simply not African in spirit, culture and philosophy. If there was any reason, valid or otherwise for its formation, the time has come for its dissolution. NPP is no more relevant to the forward march of Ghana and Africa! No Green Party rules America nor Russia. The last NPP government was deceptive in implementing a facade of socialist policies. It was a capitalist western facade. NPP is simply an agent of the western hegemony. They compromised our security. No one sells a strategic national security asset like Ghana Telecom. Only an agency does that for a pittance of sustenance by the parent company.

NDC and NPP, Aki and Porpor of Ghana politics, have proven to be the same in spirit, character and philosophy, irrespective of their rhetoric. Ghana and Africa can not make any real and meaningful progress with them. Both of them attempted to kill CPP but failed woefully. CPP will never die. CPP is based on truthful natural principles. Truth is everlasting. Principles stand the test of time. If CPP would have died, it would not have resurrected with its legal status after 32years of outlaw in 1998. It would not have prevailed against infiltration and suppression by the blue capitalist for 13years subsequent to 1998.

The greatest challenge now for CPP is winning the teeming mass of our youth on the street who has no knowledge of history and ideology of the African Equation. In ending part one of this article, let me share the mission statement of my political mission. I am simply building the Nkunim Brand as a platform for people with integrity and Nkrumaist principles to take charge of the CPP, Ghana and African Dream to become the Center of the New World. The world is simply a contest of cultures. It is time for us all to arise with gavels and chisels to sculpt the masterpiece of the African Personality. God bless us. Forward Ever!!
