Our health is important

In Ghana, when an individual loses body mass with the body's anatomy and physiology in excellent condition which is a sign of self-discipline, it is always associated with poor health.

On the contrary, when people accumulate massive body mass full of high cholesterol levels, blood sugar, and defective vital internal organs, it is associated with wealth and comfort.

As a people, our concept of good health is the reverse of normality, so people are proudly, but ignorantly, walking about with their well-being hanging on a cliff. Hence, the sudden deaths.

From 40 years, a man must make it a habit to screen for prostate health to enable you to take precautionary measures. The state of vital internal organs like the heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, etc, must all be checked.

To the women: from 30 years, the health of your cervix and breasts must be of paramount concern to detect possible onset of cancer so the necessary measures are taken to either prevent or tackle.

Additionally, all the vital internal organs must equally be checked through scanning to ensure they're well-functioning and are free from abnormalities.

Let's look after ourselves to stop sudden deaths.

If you're on medication, stick to the regime with religiosity; eat well, avoid late eating, exercise regularly, and avoid alcohol and smoking.

To the ladies: don't let your very precious organs be abused.

Protect, preserve, and value your assets. Don't fall for sugar-coated tales of casanovas who are for pleasure and not pressure. Value what your Mama gave you, and focus on personal development.

I've decided to put aside my partisan political hat, temporarily, and don the white medical Radiology gown, for the betterment of the health of members of all political parties, and all Ghanaians.

Consequently, I don't expect anybody to come up with partisan commentary under this post, but focus on the essentials of the content and comment appropriately.

There's too much partisan noise.
