Social problems and input from churches and others!

Why is it that in Ghana we entrust Pastors and church ministers with our social problems?

Are church Ministers, Apostolic Pastors, and fetish priests trained counsellors, mediators or medical assistants?

Why do some group of Ghanaians fall victims to these religions.

Why do we spend 3-4 hours in church or even more praying to a God who only needs dynamic and strategic thinkers not time waster people. Is church planning an issue in Ghana?

Why is that one could go to church in the Western society and everything is condense into an hour and half , where as on the contrary , we spend 3-4 hours doing precisely the same service?

Why waste time when we need to be productive to feed hungry mouths?

Instead of the 3 – 4 hours in church why don’t we have 1-2 hour service only followed by an hour community work. This would not only help to improve basic facilities of the people but also their self esteem of that community.

God needs productive people on earth to do his list of jobs to make his vision complete.

Do our church leaders have a clear vision for their communities?

How can we worship God when our surroundings are stinking? How could we worship God when Pastors and some Ministers sleep with some of the members of their so called congregations?

Who authorise Pastors to be casting so called demons from innocent voiceless citizens of Ghana?

Are these so called pastors certified by our judicial system to be casting demons and stigmatising innocent people?

Where does our constitution stand in this area?

Why should our people waste precious time in churches for 3-5 hours worshipping a God who hates lazy people who sit on their back side and call his name in vain. Self help strategies within our communities in promoting hygiene, and building facilities for example public toilets, schools, community centres etc should be church or community lead so that Government could assist where necessary.

Why is there so much corruption, deceitfulness, backbiting, envying others people great achievements, and hatred among us when we claim to be so religious.

Why are we building mansions just for ourselves when the communities we claim we belong to are lacking in basic facilities?

Would it not be best to give something back into the community than wasting precious time doing church activities so that when we die people will come to our funerals?

Are we not living in a fools paradise?

Let’s think again.

Everyone must give something back into the community they claim to belong to whether one is in Ghana or in Diaspora.

Religion should facilitate transformation. Lets worship God with the vision to transform his Ghana thus uplifting God’s creations. Do not enrol into any church until you check the credentials of the Minister or Pastor.

Don’t be fooled with some testimonies and do your own investigations.

This would help to weed out the fake ones from our system.

Report them to the police to eradicate all the fake Ministers, so called Bishops and Pastors out of our system in order to improve productivity in Ghana.

Some of our religious practices are destroying lives and preventing health promotion and developed within Ghana.

Our system must help to put a stop to this! Education is the answer to eradicating these time wasters from your system?

You need help knee and pray to God in your own bedroom rather than relying on someone. If you do you will be fine or your own family could pray with you. You have the power to heal and restore life. Have faith and you will be fine. It takes time to focus on spritual growth but with endurance this is do-able.

Churches should rather signpost their members with social and health problems to appropriate recognised institutions that would help to improve their situation.

Why do churches try to please members knowing very well that they hardly have the right qualifications to treat specific issues. They should provide spiritual support only, and refer other problems to people with expertise when possible.
