Supreme Court waiting on President Mahama ...

...to resource the Military before Hearing the Election 2012 Electoral Fraud Case?

Does the rumour doing rounds in certain circles of the Ghanaian community in London hold any water? The rumour has it that the Supreme Court judges sitting on election 2012 fraud case are tactically delaying it. They are deliberately waiting for President Mahama to fully equip the military and the security agents before giving the case any serious hearing.

I do not personally buy into this preposterous rumour, as discreditable as it stands. What has equipping the security agents or not equipping them, got to do with the case? The rumour mongers have it that it is to strengthen the resolve by the government to deal drastically with whoever may violently or rampageously oppose the verdict the Court eventually delivers.

These baseless rumours originating from the NDC camp must be treated with a pinch of salt. Even though the NDC are capricious, able of anything silly, we should treat this rumour with the scorn it deserves. However, keep close eyes on the NDC and the Supreme Court.

One wonders why these senseless adjournments, directions and so on and so forth by the court. The judges had better be serious. And it had better be. They have to live above reproach. They should not give anyone any cause to believe in unnecessary rumours hurriedly hatched by instinct.

The evidence out there is too weighty to tell whether the presidential election 2012 was rigged in favour of then candidate John Mahama or not. I have written about many issues pertaining to the election, the subsequent writ filed in the Supreme Court by Nana Akufo Addo, Dr Mohammadu Bawumia and Jake Otanka Obetsebi-Lamptey and aftermath.

I am at the moment not going to add anything new; neither will I today divulge all the advice offered to me by my White legal brains on the electoral fraud case pending in the Supreme Court.

I will at this stage only advise my readers, NPP faithful, discerning Ghanaians and all those world organizations monitoring the situation to take heart, but be as wise as the serpent, vigilant and smart as the hawk or the eagle. Be all ears and all eyes.

The NPP faithful MUST please remain RESOLUTE as revealed to Kofi Basoah and as numerously mentioned in most of my previously published articles. No matter what the NDC, President Mahama, and Dr. Kwadwo Afari Gyan do, God has already revealed to many that they rigged the election. As God reveals to redeem, we simply need to abide by what those to whom He did make the revelations to, tell us.

The above is all how best I can advise fellow Ghanaians on the rumour. Simply debunk it. Nevertheless, if the NDC, President Mahama and Dr. Afari Gyan think the delay is in their favour, then they have got it all wrong. They must think twice for God does not countenance evil at the scale that they are involved in.

The truth shall out to the applause of all discerning Ghanaians.
