What, relying on a Dream to prove your Case in Court?

We shall see...

No court of competent jurisdiction relies on the submissions of revelations in dreams to render its verdict. This must be made clear to all persons of sound mind. The courts only take into consideration evidential facts ably substantiated beyond all reasonable doubts. In certain cases however, they can rely on circumstantial evidence to pronounce their judgment but never on dreams. I am today not interested in, or, going to discuss the technicalities of law as pertained to how the courts render their verdicts. Each case is adjudged on its merits of facts as presented to, or lay before, the court.

I had earlier published an article that can be found at http://www.ghanaweb.com/GhanaHomePage/features/artikel.php?ID=259383, on how certain aggrieved or supposedly let-down Ghanaian electorates can find a ray of hope, succour and solace, in a dream. Provided Mr. Kofi Basoah’s dream on Election 2012 does not become a contrary exception this time around and for the first in his dream life, and then there is a greater hope of putting smiles back on the face of the currently dejected souls. In his dream as elaborated to me, announced to many people ahead of the Election Day, and also published as asserted, victory will be Nana Akuffo-Addo’s provided the NPP will remain RESOLUTE in their quest or fight for JUSTICE.

If the NPP are 100% sure of having been defrauded as purportedly ascertained by Kofi Basoah’s dream, then I will encourage them to be resolute in their determination to pursue the course of justice in the courts. They should not relent in their efforts to ensure justice prevails in the end. All in all, it is the credibility of the persona (Kofi Basoah), his dreams and how he interprets them that are at stake. Should the interpretation of his dream on election 2012 come to pass as pronounced in line with the consistency of his dreams, then his integrity as a dream-soothsayer and the unfailing veracity of his dreams will not only soar but also, be highly recognised and respected by many.

Unless the NPP faithful and all those Ghanaians holding on to the belief that Kwadwo Afari-Gyan and the NDC have rigged the elections for the NDC remain resolute in their agitations for justice, the dream may not come to pass even though its interpretation is nothing but the absolute truth. One can tell from the dream that the invisible face in his voice required the NPP to remain resolute in their challenge to see that justice prevails in election 2012. Inferring or deducing from the voice, a condition was set for ensuring the correct declaration of the election results. The condition was the NPP must be RESOLUTE. Without satisfying the terms of the condition, do not please blame Kofi Basoah for lying. His dreams always come to pass exactly as dreamt or seen.

To me, it is the dream of Kofi Basoah vs. the NPP to ensuring who in the end becomes the President of Ghana for the next four years. Even though the conniver Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan in fulfilment of his Constitutional obligations has declared John Dramani Mahama the winner of the 2012 presidential elections and hence, the President of Ghana, the unexpected can happen. The results can be overturned provided the NPP will do as required coupled with Basoah’s dream staying credible.

I wish all my readers a Happy Christmas and a Successful New Year.
