Your Contract Ends 31st January 2002

Dear President,

In the year 2001 barley one y ear one after assumption of power, NPP terminated the jobs of NMP workers; nothing was paid to them as compensation.

Mr. President, you made this a campaign issue, and promised that you will re-engage these unfortunate souls who lost their jobs as a result of their loyalty to the NDC party.

Nine months into Government nothing is heard about this Guys who are also are your foot soldiers. Appointments have started left and right and centre Majority of these unfortunate souls played important roles to bring your Government to power

Mr. President, I want to humbly ask you, what is their faith in your Government? Mr. President, indeed your Government has forgotten where they started as a party. I am so worried about the way things are going now. You should remember, the percentage you used to win the election, how many of them were party executives?

Mr. President, please take a second look at your NMP staff who were sacked. There is a saying, if a child does not weep; he needs to be turning the other way. Mr. President we are all your children and we deserve a fatherly care. Your party executives have started living like thin Gods. This attitude will not do the party any good. Please Mr. President think beyond the year 2012.

It is a common knowledge that, anytime there is a little opportunity party executives share among themselves, leaving their followers. If this is not stopped, things will not go well for us come 2012. Mr. President, these unfortunate souls are suffering, please act now to save many souls. Thank you Mr. President may God bless you and guide you in all that you do. Long live Ghana long live the NDC party!.
