Pumpkins Foundation to organise end of year hangout for Cerebral Palsy kids

Pumpkins Foundation, a non-government organisation, focused on promoting the general wellbeing of poor and needy children is set to organize a Christmas party dubbed “Yuletide Hangout“ for children living with Cerebral Palsy and their families.

Among activities planned, families of children living with cerebral palsy are expected to interact, share experiences and ideas to help each other.

Executive Director of the foundation, Baisiwa Dowuona-Hammond said this year’s event is expected to reaffirm the foundation's desire to have dedicated support for deprived children across the country.

“We set out to make an impact on poor and vulnerable kids and their environment and already, the signs are good. We hope our partners will help us to move to the next level as we progress.”

She also challenged individuals and corporate institutions to support the cause by giving children, especially the less privileged a better chance in life.




The event which is expected to take place on the 23rd December 2017 at Mmofra Park, Dzorwulu will focus on free food distribution, drinks and donations.
