  media gimmicks to win the sympathy of the illiterate voters. African politicians....... We've been told how short-sighted we are. And it's actually true. Shortly before elections this is what they do to buy the conscience of the short-sighted Ghanaian folks! donations, free-health screening, health-walks, etc, etc.. and then shortly after election the incompetence and suffering of the masses continue! Ghana is doomed!
