DescriptionRESIDENTIAL MANAGER (ACCRA) Location: Accra Category: Real Estate   Our client, a real estate and construction company is currently seeking to hire a proactive Residential Manager to help with their operations in Ghana. Role Profile The successful candidate will coordinate all operations and activities of the Residence, including staff supervision, acting as agency/community liaison, and directing resident training, programming and family support. Duties/ Responsibilities
  • Monitor, control and implement procedures as detailed in the hotel policies and procedures manual.
  • Follow up on all decisions made by the G.M. and the Executive Committee for successful implementation.
  • Interact with clients, guests, government officials, suppliers, and other important individual in the community in promoting the hotel.
  • Foster open and supportive communication with families and other community organizations and agencies.
  • Monitor staff performance management, including evaluations and developmental plans, disciplinary actions, etc., for all program staff as scheduled.
  • Arrange and schedule all trainings for all program staff.
  • Participate in the interviewing and hiring of new staff.
  • Inform supervisor as needed about pertinent issues.
  • Coordinate staff and beeper schedules.
  • Ensure completion/submission of all required daily, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as scheduled.
  • Routinely review all required reports, logs, mail, requests, etc. as needed, maintaining an
organized filing system.
