The parliamentary candidate for the Akuapem North constituency, Sammi Awuku, is targeting 70% of the parliamentary votes in his constituency.

He has vowed to deploy every strategy necessary to ensure that this vision is achieved in his constituency.

“If you vote for the right person, elections have a positive impact. We are lucky to have Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia who has come to launch our campaign in Akuapem North. In 2020, we had 55% of the parliamentary votes, but in 2024, every strategy that will be deployed to make sure our votes will be 70%, I will ensure that.

The NPP will win this election with strategy, and the NDC will not understand. Dr. Bawumia’s fever has caught up with the people of Ghana, and it is coming like a tsunami. I will advise the youth not to allow our colored TV to be changed to black and white,” he said while addressing party members in his constituency.

Sammi Awuku reminded the gathered crowd that elections have an impact and consequences; therefore, they must ensure they choose the right leader to ensure the benefits thereof.

“Elections have an impact on the lives of the people. You may decide to vote for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Sammi Awuku, and maybe on your way, you’ll meet someone who will lie to you to vote for another candidate, and that will be the beginning of your doom.”
