Controversial musician and supporter of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) Kwame Asare Obeng better known as A-Plus is seething in anger over what he described as unfairness in the ways things are being done in the party.

According to him, preferential treatment is given to others and not all members wondering why maverick Brong Ahafo Regional Youth Organiser of the party, Kwame Baffoe aka Bronye DC has still not appeared before the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service to adduce evidence against appointees of the current government as alleged.

“When I accused the two “hardworking” young men you spoke about in your Koforidua speech, you asked that we go to the CID. You even went to CHRAJ. Why haven’t you investigated Abronye’s alleged taking of bribes by NPP MPs to pass the tow levy? Why haven’t you investigated your regional minister who he is accusing of being corrupt”, he asked.

Abronye DC has sent a notice of reminder to President Akufo-Addo and the NPP government to as a matter of urgency sack the Brong Ahafo Regional Minister, Mr. Kwaku Asomah Cheremeh for involving himself in corrupt dealings.

People would recall, Abronye DC petitioned President Akufo-Addo on November 14, 2017, to sack Mr. Kwaku Asomah Cheremeh for allegedly involved in several corrupt activities which have brought a bad name to the Region and have made the NPP government in the area unpopular.

He alleged the Regional Minister has been collecting monies from members of the Dormaa Timber Market and Techiman timber market to the tune of millions.

He also alleged that “The Regional Minister has induced and has successfully manipulated his way out to succeed in purchasing the property that is story building facility of DKM which was supposed to be sold and used as a means to persons who were affected by the financial scam. Court processes were forged and backdated to the detriment of the official liquidator”.

A Plus who linked the matter to his allegations against two appointees said:” At Koforidua the president said; “Desperate attempts by the main opposition National Democratic Congress and the Minority in parliament to tag his government as corrupt will not work.”

Did the NDC use 2.000.000.00 to prepare the budget for the ministry? Is Abronye a member of the minority in parliament or NDC?

The answer is very simple. Kwame A Plus is becoming too powerful. We have finished using him. Let’s sacrifice him. It did not work!!! It is not working!!! It will not work!!! I have the support of people who love Ghana. It’s unfortunate how things have turned out. But ???? Papa ny? whee a, b?ne ny? whee!!!

Merry Christmas Mr President”
