The parliamentary candidate on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the Manhyia South Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah, has taken on a strategy to grow the vote margins of the party in the coming polls.

The move, according to him, will bear testament to the rejuvenation of the party in the constituency.

Lawyer Baffour Awuah, during a community visitation at the Afia Kobi electoral area on Saturday, August 10, 2024, stressed that the coming election presents an opportunity for him to increase the votes of the NPP.

He indicated that a well-thought-out plan is being executed to make the party
more appealing to all classes of people.

“I will solidify our margins and holds, and I am determined to increase our votes for both parliamentary and presidential in the coming election. My abled party officials and I will work tirelessly to realise this goal,” he added.

Lawyer Baffour Awuah, on July 14, 2024, secured the nod of NPP delegates in Manhyia South as their parliamentary candidate for the 2024 polls.

He replaced Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh shortly after his confirmation as the vice presidential candidate.

Since then, the respected lawyer has been visibly engaged in various party and non-party functions, all in a bid to win more votes for the NPP.

The reception from electorates has been admirable and gratifying.
