President Akufo-Addo says the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has demonstrated loyalty and commitment over the last seven and half years as Vice President of the nation.

Addressing the gathering during the NPP’s Manifesto launch in Takoradi on Sunday, President Akufo-Addo further stated that Dr. Bawumia would deliver on all the promises he has been making to the Ghanaians. Ghanaians.

He praised Dr Bawumia’s efforts in areas such as digital transformation, financial inclusion, and infrastructure development, noting that these achievements have had a profound impact on the country’s growth.

“He is a model of loyalty, dedication, and patriotism. This is the man who lives and, breathes Ghana. Whatever commitment he has made before you and before the people of Ghana.

“I can put my hand on my heart and say he will deliver on each one of those commitments. People have problems with their Vice Presidents in the Fourth Republic. I Nana Addo, have never had any problem with my Vice President”, President Akufo-Addo stated.

He continued: “I have gone to bed every night secured on my knowledge that my Vice President stands firmly with and behind in everything that I have tried to do in these last seven and half years.”
