The Chief of Jukwa Breman, Nana Kodwo Kobi II, has said the Vice President and flagbearer of the NPP, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has earned the love of many Ghanaians because of his humility and compassion.

Welcoming Dr. Bawumia to his Palace on Friday during a courtesy call by the Vice President, Nana Kodwo Kobi II, said he has admired Dr. Bawumia for some time, and the reason for which he admires him, is the same reason, he noted, has earned Dr. Bawumia a national appeal.

"I have admired him (Dr. Bawumia) for so long because he is humble, compassionate, and hardworking. And anybody who upholds humility is naturally loved by the people. Dr. Bawumia is not arrogant. He is down to earth. The other day, I was watching TV and I saw how he went into the market and interacted with the traders," he said.

While expressing gratitude to Dr. Bawumia for visiting his community, the Jukwa Breman Chief expressed belief that that Dr. Bawumia will emerge victorious and continue with the good works and vision he has demonstrated.

"We are grateful that the Vice President has come here to see his people. We pray for him that on December 7, he emerges victorious. We know he can do it that is why the country is behind him. Let us all back him with love, unity, and enthusiasm so that what he has already done, he will do more," he said.
