The Chief of Jukwa Breman in the Central Region has urged the youth of his community not to do anything untoward to ruin the impending victory of the Vice President and NPP flagbearer. Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

Speaking during Dr. Bawumia's visit to his community, as part of the Vice President's campaign tour of the Central Region on Tuesday, Nana Kodwo Kobi II, said December's election is to honour Dr. Bawumia for his work and vision, and appealed to the youth to stay solidly behind Bawumia with peace and unity.

"To the youth, we want to honour Dr. Bawumia so don't do anything that will ruin the electoral process. So don't go and cause any confusion to mar the process of his victory," the Chief appealed to the youth.

"To the youth in particular, I want to appeal to you that let us all support him fearlessly, but with peace and unity."

The Chief, stressing his admiration and confidence in Bawumia, said the Vice President has demonstrated great vision to prove he can do even better as President and has also earned lots of plaudits through his humility and compassion.

"I have admired him (Dr. Bawumia) for so long because he is humble, compassionate, and hardworking. And anybody who upholds humility is naturally loved by the people," he said.

"Dr. Bawumia is not arrogant. He is down to earth. The other day, I was watching TV and I saw how he went into the market and interacted with the traders. We know he can do it that is why the country is behind him. Let us all back him with love, unity and enthusiasm so that what he has already done as Vice President, he will do more," he added.
