The Flagbearer and founder of the Ghana Freedom Party GFP, Akua Donkor is advocating for a second term for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo describing his performance as exceptional.

The female politician told Nyankontion Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm that, the 2020 presidential and parliamentary elections may have to be suspended due to the outbreak of the coronavirus.

She says the Nationaal Democratic Congress (NDC) and former President John Dramani Mahama will never sit on the presidential throne again.

"John Mahama and the NDC should forget the presidential seat. Mahama will never taste power again, he should forget about his presidential ambition. With God on my side, Mahama will never rule Ghana again.” she stated.

She described Mahama as evil, wicked, greedy and power drunk.

"If you are looking for an evil personality, then Mr. Mahama is a perfect person who fits that description".

When asked what might have caused the frosty relation between her and Mr Mahama, Akua Donkor alleged that the former president promised to give her a house at Koforidua but later took it away from her because she commended Jean Mensa for her work at the Electoral Commission.

According to her, she paid some amount of money to have the house and will fight until the house is given to her.

"When you have good intentions about people and they pay you with evil, then you have to stay away from them.”

She further alleged Mr. Mahamaa had instructed people to demolish her building in Accra and a hospital in Koforidua.

Adding more to her allegations, the politician said it was because of Mahama she was disqualified from contesting the 2016 presidential election.

"God will punish Mahama. Just like Papa Kwesi Nduom was punished, Mahama would be also be punished. His punishment would be worse than that of Nduom.”
