The spokesperson of the Addai Nimoh campaign in the 2014 Presidential Primaries Mr. Emmanuel Tweneboah Koduah, popularly known as TK, has picked forms to contest for the National Organizer position of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
TK, a former Tescon executive of the New Patriotic Party, believes he has what it takes to turn things around. A cross-section of the party faithful sounded surprised at his candidature urged the aspirant to visit them in their constituencies.
They said “we don’t know him. He has never been to our constituency even to campaign, and we wonder how he will move around looking at the time involved”.
A strong supporter of the suspended National Chairman, Paul Afoko, it will be recalled that Tweneboah Koduah in the company of two others, filed a motion for an interlocutory injunction at the Human Rights Division of the High Court citing Nana Akufo-Addo and 29 other party bigwigs as defendants.
The court dismissed the application because they lacked capacity, failed to disclose the cause of action, and abused the legal process and non-compliance with the provisions or requirements of the NPP Constitution as amended on 22nd August 2009.
The governing New Patriotic Party [NPP], has announced that it will hold its National Delegates Congress in Koforidua in the Eastern Region from June, 15 to 17 2018.
The Congress will elect national officers who will run the affairs of the party for the next four years.
