Below is the full statement

It is with the greatest of respect and humility that I, Fred Kwaku Amankwah - Sarfo joins the New Patriotic Party (N.P.P) national executives’ election's Vice Chairmanship slot.

My motivation is to bring on board some few humble knowledge and core competencies to get the mandate of Ghanaians and to win election 2016.

I am inspired by our party's democratic credentials and our quest for development in freedom.

The N.P.P has gone through very trying moments under our country's 4th Republican dispensation.

The N.P.P is undoubtedly a party with the requisite governance strategies capable of alleviating the many challenges that face our country. We have several men and women within our ranks who possesses the needed competencies to drive Ghana's socio economic advancement.

Ghanaians are yearning for our excellent governance and the 2016 elections present another opportunity for us to work together to win and serve the people of Ghana.

The party is at a cross road. We require a team of pragmatic leaders to help enhance the electoral fortunes of our party in order to win the election 2016.

I come with a three tier strategy for the 2016 elections should I be elected by our dedicated delegates as a National Vice Chairperson.

These may not be a novelty submission to the party; however, with renewed dedication and willingness to succeed by all stakeholders of our dear party, the 2016 elections can be won without hindrance.

The three-tier are: unity, effective communication and strategic planning implementation.

Most Ghanaians acknowledge that our excellent programs have the key to Ghana's development; Unity is my first point of call needed to win election 2016.

I have some few humble conflict resolution in organization skills that would come handy as we thrive for unity in ranks at all levels of the party's structures. Effective political communication is the second part of my submission to our party hierarchy for adaption and adoption.

A comprehensive, well-resourced and concerted effective communication strategy would be required to win the 2016 elections. Our efforts at getting the Ghanaian electorates acquiesce to give us their mandate can be a sacrifice on the altar of an ineffective communication system.

My third humble submission is our ability and willingness to implement a new contemporary political strategy along corporate structures and principles.

We have men and women in our party who have excelled in their various fields of professions. I would make very far reaching submissions to our team on how to bring the many varied knowledge and experiences to make this great party an election winning machine.

Let us do things differently in order to get different and better results.

Election 2016 must have a different approach. I wish to bring on board professionalism in our party's campaign management that is devoid of sentiments, acrimony and rancor.

Let our past serve as a guide, the most important as we go into election 2016, is how we can work together to meet the aspirations of our grassroots and satisfy majority of the Ghanaian population into accepting and protecting our interest in every polling station.

We can achieve this when we work together in unity.

Fred kwaku Amankwah - Sarfo joins to help make this humble objective a reality.

Vote for a humble man with the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to help our party, the N.P.P win election 2016.
