Ghanaians have been urged to give President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government another four year-term, to complete many programs initiated.
Deputy Minister for Local Government and Rural Development, Nana Adjei Boateng who disclosed this, indicated that, it would be suicidal for the country if President Akufo-Addo is not given another term to spearhead the development agenda already on track.
Filing his nomination forms to contest again for the New Juaben North parliamentary seat on the ticket of the NPP, the incumbent MP also emphasised on the need for constituents to extend his mandate to fulfil projects he is embarking, to ensure the people get their fair share of the national cake.
"I am urging you all gathered here to give President Akufo-Addo and the NPP another term so we can complete all the projects and policies we have implemented. Let's not make a mistake and bring in another government, because Akufo-Addo has really performed up to expectation".
"So I am telling you all to vote massively for Akufo-Addo and also renew my mandate so we can deliver well to benefit all Ghanaians," Nana Adjei Boateng told the crowd at the party's office at Effiduase.
He mentioned the restoration of teachers and nurses allowance, free SHS, distribution of ambulances, planting for food and jobs, one district one factory, and many other achievements as a legacy of the NPP government within three years.
In attendance to support the MP were the New Juaben North Municipal Chief Executive, Madam Comfort Asante, some party executives and delegates as well as party supporters dress up in party colours.
