“My love for other gods is undefined because of their propensity to dispense swift and timely justice…God takes too much time before he acts and I can’t wait that long. The gods are fast that is why I prefer that” Abronye DC said on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen monitored by MyNewsGh.com.

According to the outspoken New Patriotic Party(NPP) Bono Regional Chairman, although he is a devout Presbyterian, he went to the gods because he wanted quick results to teach his accusers a lesson.

Abronye DC, as he is popularly called, made the comment while explaining why he chose to curse a young man who accused him of having five of the 500 missing excavators in his possession.

Abronye DC added that he does not have the strength to fast and pray for God to deal with those defaming him.

Abronye DC said though he is still a staunch Presbyterian, he will, on any day, summon his detractors before river gods.

Family of the young man, Yayra Koku, has given the NPP Chairman 72 hours to revoke the curse or face their wrath.

It would be recalled that called on the “god of thunder” to deal with all those who have mentioned his name among persons in connection with the missing excavators.

To him, the list-making rounds on social media is “malicious” and false.

“…for those peddling these unsubstantiated lies against me, may the gods of thunder strike them down if they do not stop and on the other hand if I am in any way connected to the missing excavator saga, may same God’s strike me down,” he fumed in a statement.
