Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is poised to win the 2016 presidential elections to restore Ghana to the path of prosperity, the Asokwa Constituency Communication Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Edmund Kyei, has stated.

He observed that the signs are clearly on the wall that Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP would unseat the non-performing National Democratic Congress (NDC) administration led by President Mahama in 2016.

Mr Kyei disclosed that the NDC government had plunged the nation into excessive hardship due to the poor leadership style of President Mahama and his government officials.

The Asokwa Constituency communication director mentioned that poverty is now the order of the day, claiming that majority of Ghanaians even struggle to get food into their stomachs, adding that accessibility to health is also impossible.

He said the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) and all the social intervention programmes introduced by the NPP administration to better the lives of the populace had collapsed under the NDC administration.

Mr Kyei said the cedis has been wobbling under the watch of President Mahama, who seems not to have an antidote to the situation, and this had led to collapse of businesses and increased unemployment rates.

He has, therefore, called on Ghanaians to vote for competent, experienced, hardworking and patriotic person like Nana Akufo-Addo to save the country from imminent collapse.

He commended Nana Akufo-Addo for his vision to commence the ‘rise and build’ tour across the country to unite and energise the party’s grass root members.
