The presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has admonished party members to unite as they prepare for the December 7, 2024, general elections.

The Vice President made the appeal when he visited the Fomena Constituency as part of his campaign tour in the Ashanti Region on Friday, November 15, 2024.

Speaking to party supporters, Dr. Bawumia called for peace and unity within the party to ensure their victory in the 2024 general elections.

“According to what I’ve observed here in Fomena, by midnight on December 7, we will learn that Andrew Asiamah will be the next member of parliament for the Fomena Constituency and that the NPP has won both the presidential and parliamentary elections.

“I will sleep soundly today because I am confident that we will win the elections based on the love and unity I have witnessed here.”
