Deputy National Women Organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Maame Efua Sekyi-Aidoo Houdjeto, as part of her responsibilities, joined other big wigs in the NDC to organize a two days training workshop in the Volta Region of Ghana.
The workshop which started from the 25th to 26th September was aimed at letting women know the role they play in and out of their communities.
Maame Efua Sekyi-Aidoo who paid school fees for over 40 disadvantaged children and worked at improving the ICT education in her constituency, with the intention of tooling and enhancing equal access to education, called on women in the NDC to come together and work hard towards winning the 2020 election, and continue with the good work in their constituencies and Ghana.
She believes her leadership will be built on developing the businesses of the constituents, so as to create wealth, which will automatically contribute to the development of her constituency and constituents.
The workshop was successful, as it was attended by both regional and national executives of the party.
Addressing the people at the workshop, Maame Efua Sekyi-Addo urged the women in the party to work extra hard so they can support the flag bearer H.E John Dramani Mahama to victory.
