National Chairman of the Peoples National Convention (PNC) Bernard Ambataayela Mornah is lacing his boots to unseat the incumbent Member of Parliament (MP) for Nadowli/Kaleo Alban Kingsford Sumani Bagbin.

The 58-year old Majority Leader in parliament on the ticket of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) will be seeking a seventh bid after entering parliament in 1992.

But Mr. Mornah has promised to end his reelection and indicated that his tenure as MP, will witness massive infrastructural development for the people of Nadole Kaleo lamenting over the neglect of the constituency by successive governments.

“My motivation to vie for parliament is motivated by a desire to serve. I am optimistic my political legacy puts me in a better light to topple the age- long hold of the National Democratic Congress in the constituency”, he said.

Mr. Mornah is also confident the constituency has shown enough enthusiasm about his candidature to accord him that victory over Mr. Alban Kingsford Sumani Bagbin.

He described himself as the messiah to rescue Nadowli-Kaleo constituency from the shackles of the incumbent MP he said has outlived his usefulness in the area.
