NDC founding members hail Mahama’s investiture

Some founding members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Central Region have congratulated President John Dramani Mahama on his colourful investiture.

Speaking to the Ghana News Agency at Winneba, Mr Kofi Mintah, a spokesperson of the founding members, said President Mahama’s victory in the election and the NDC winning majority of the parliamentary was a reflection of Ghanaians’ appreciation of the achievements of the late President Atta Mills-Mahama led government.

“It attests to the hard work of Mills-Mahama led administration under the Better Ghana Agenda,” he said.

Mr Mintah commended the electorate for the peaceful manner they conducted themselves in the election adding that it demonstrated their maturity and praised the entire Ghanaian citizenry for the roles they played in seeking peace before, during and after the elections.
