Vice President Paa Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur has stressed that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) would continue to be truthful about its development projects.

He says where there are challenges, the NDC will not shy away from being frank with the people, adding that the causes of those challenges will be made known.

The Vice President made this remark in Hemang Prestea in the Western Region as part of his four-day campaign in the Region. Later addressing a mini-rally in Prestea, Vice President Amissah-Arthur assured the people of more developmental projects like schools, hospitals and roads in the second term of the John Mahama-led government.

He said a vote against the NDC will see the stalling of several of these projects being undertaken by the current government. He introduced the party’s parliamentary candidate, Wisdom Cudjoe, to constituents.

Divisional Chief of Prestea-Hemang Nana Nteboa Prah IV endorsed government, asking for a continuation of its tenure. But he asked for the termination of the road contract in Prestea. Vice President Amissah-Arthur assured him and the people of quick steps to review the contract.
