NPP Parliamentary Candidate for Tema West, Carlos Ahenkorah, has promised Ghanaians an extra-ordinary change in the economy within a year of the opposition party regaining power.

He added “there is no way the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government when elected into power for eight years, would blame this current government for destroying the economy, as they always blamed former president Kuffour’s administration for the mess they have led us into presently, after they have been in office for the past eight years.”

“Mahama and his administration should end their plenty talks mixed with propaganda gimmicks and rather get our engineers on board to solve the energy crises which have made life unpleasant for us,” he urged.

Making reference to the Supplementary Budget read in Parliament Monday by the Finance Minister, Seth Terkper, the Tema West NPP Candidate, speaking on UTV’s 'Adekye Nsroma' show, indicted the current administration for its unprecedented achievement in scoring a negative growth in the Agriculture and Industrial sectors.

“Ghana at this stage, is in its worse ever state leaving members of the public frustrated and disillusioned, . . . all we can do to get out of this confusion is to vote Nana Addo Danquah Akufo- Addo in as President in the up-coming polls,” he said.
