In a significant move to wrestle power in the upcoming elections, a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Steve Awuyah has supported the Member of Parliament of Kpone Katamanso with T-shirts, posters, funds and other essential items.
The donation was made in the presence of the EweFia of Kpone Katamanso and other traditional leaders of the area. It was also witnessed by some national, regional, and constituency executives.
Addressing party faithful at the MP's residence, he expressed the need for everybody to get on board to support the party in winning the upcoming elections.
"We need folks to adopt their branch and work within it to canvass for votes for our MP, Joseph Akuetey Tetteh, and our flagbearer, John Mahama."
He stressed that the logistical needs for the campaign should not be left to the MP alone, and that everybody must come on board to support with tools and logistics that would make the campaign successful.
Steve Awuyah also highlighted that, "We will not just win Kpone Katamanso; we must deliver a massive victory for John Dramani Mahama because the people are tired of the failures in the system and are yearning for change."
Beyond the elections, his vision for the future resonated strongly as he called for increased investment in the youth, particularly within the Kpone Katamanso constituency. His message was clear — empowering the next generation would be the key to breaking the chains of poverty and building a prosperous future for all.
The gesture was appreciated by the MP and constituency executives, who assured Steve Awuyah of their unflinching support and commitment to securing an NDC victory in December.
"This donation isn't just about money or resources—it's about belief in our cause," one executive remarked.
National and regional party figures echoed this sentiment, hailing Mr. Steve Awuyah's selfless contributions and urging others to follow suit.
