The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) held its final rally ahead of the 2024 elections on Thursday, December 5, 2024.

The rally drew a massive crowd to Zurak Park in Madina, Greater Accra Region. The event marked the party's last opportunity to appeal to Ghanaians for their mandate to return to power, with nearly 24 hours to voting day.

During the rally, the arrival of the party's flagbearer, John Mahama, and his running mate, Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyeman, was the highlight of the event.

The enthusiastic NDC crowd couldn't hide their joy as Prof. Naana Opoku Agyemang made her appearance on the grounds in a white NDC-branded dress.

Surrounded by bodyguards, she held two flags in her hands, an NDC scarf and a Ghana flag, waving back to the audience in reciprocity.

On the other hand, the flagbearer, John Mahama, also donned an NDC-branded white attire and gave a warm smile, giving a waving token to the audience as he made his way to the large crowd.

He then mounted the stage with a Ghana flag, waving to the audience and making signs of change of government.
