The Ladies Entrepreneurship Club (LEC), a leading global women's empowerment and business mentorship company, is holding a day-long business seminar for business owners and aspiring business owners in the health & wellness industry in Ghana.
The event, scheduled for Saturday, January 7, 2023, at Brasa in Accra, is designed to spark the growth of the industry, through the sharing of marketing strategies, advanced sales strategies, and the formation of new partnerships.
LEC has already held two previous editions of this event, the Brunch & Learn seminar, on other topics.
Past attendees have often expressed joy and satisfaction with the effectiveness of the event and the numerous connections made.
This January’s edition of Brunch & Learn will feature prominent guest speakers from the marketing industry, the PR industry, the health industry, as well as the packaging and export industries.
Some of these speakers include Minerva Crentsil, Yemmey Baba, Catherine Morton, Lindiwe Mutungamiri, Pearlyn Budu, Violet Awo Amoabeng and Loubna Sabbah among many others.
Speaking at a virtual briefing, the founder of the Ladies Entrepreneurship Club and host of the event, Tonisha Tagoe, said, “This year, we expect to see hundreds of women attend the event since we are bringing a strong lineup of experienced people in the industry who are excited to share their experiences with a group of brave women willing to start and grow their businesses."
She further noted that African women have the potential to run great businesses, but their only barrier is their unstructured business practices and lack of partnerships. Through the Brunch & Learn series, she hopes to see thousands of successful African businesses led by women.
