Petition to maintain calm ahead of November 4, 2023 NPP Presidential Primaries

Paul Twum - Barimah Paul Twum - Barimah

Accept my compliments

In light of the upcoming elections, I humbly petition your high office to ensure calm is maintained within the rank and file of the party as we approach the final stages of the internal electoral process of the party to elect a flagbearer ahead of the 2024 polls.

In recent times, tensions have heightened within the party. Therefore, it is essential that we approach this crucial period with unity, empathy, and a shared sense of purpose. Together, we can ensure a peaceful and inclusive electoral process that strengthens the rank and file of our party.

I wish to call on you to ensure stakeholders, aspirants and their supporters maintain a peaceful atmosphere before, during and after the November 4, 2023 presidential primaries.

It is important to note that, as patriots, we must refrain from any conduct, such as hate speech, misinformation or incitement to violence, that could undermine the electoral process and ultimately the unity we enjoy as a party.

Let us not lose sight of the fact that, our main aim as a political party is to retain political power and therefore, unity dedication and commitment are crucial. I am confident that when we stand together, we shall break the 8 and continue to achieve great things in building a formidable party and Ghana as a whole.

Respectfully, let's come together as one party and strive to break the 8.
I hope this petition is given the needed attention and all courtesies rendered shall be gladly appreciated.

Yes, we can! We shall break the 8
God bless the New Patriotic Party.
God bless our Homeland Ghana and make us great and strong.
Signed

Paul Twum – Barimah (MP)
